Fagroongala is a new quartet of accomplished musicians drawing from old traditions. In addition to using traditional Celtic instruments such as fiddle and guitar, they add classical instruments such as double bass and viola to many of their arrangements, creating a rich sound. In their performances, Irish and French-Canadian songs and fiddle tunes come alive.
